WHO YOU ARE IS WHO YOU WERE MEANT TO BE
And we want to be a part of your journey
Dawn M. (she/her)
"I do not feel judged or made to feel guilty for “lack of progress.” I feel like I learned so much more in the first 6 months than I did in 2 years with another trainer."
Lisa I. (they/them)
"I felt like I had lost something after not working on it for two years. Leah reminded me that I've still got it!
Also the inclusive, celebratory environment makes me proud to be an athlete and proud to be LGBTQ."
Chelsie P. (she/her)
“It’s so inclusive!Leah does a really good job of tracking our own progress and sets individualistic goals for each of us. It’s nothing like any other group fitness activity I have done previously.”
OUR STORY
Pride Fitness DSM was created as a safer place that you can take pride in yourself. Take pride in who you are, in where you come from and where you want to be. It’s a place where you are celebrated for who you are and what you can do, not who society has said you should be.
Pride Fitness DSM is for anyone that has ever felt like you haven’t ‘fit in’ at a typical gym because of who you are or how you present yourself. At Pride Fitness DSM, who you are is who you were meant to be and we want to be a part of your journey.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that all individuals should have a safe and welcoming place to reach their goals. At Pride Fitness DSM, we meet you where you’re at in your journey and help you grow from there.
Health and wellness is more than just your physical health. It encompasses your mental and emotional health as well. That’s why our atmosphere allows you to grow physically, mentally and emotionally through strength training.
We believe through strength training, you are able to push barriers physically and mentally that carry over into your daily life and you are able to gain confidence within yourself and your abilities.
